Painted in the 1800s, this oil on canvas depicts the portrait of a woman dressed in billowing white fabrics with a coordinating turban. The woman’s braids mimic the voluminous twists and curves of the folding fabric draped on her. This original oil on canvas is signed in the lower right corner and framed in a gold gilded and wooden frame.
