  1. What types of payment do you accept?
    1. Cash is always the preferred method of payment; so much so that we offer a 2% discount on your entire purchase if you are able to pay in cash.  Besides cash we accept personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and in some cases trade credit.
  1. Do you offer any discounts?
    1. ABSOLUTELY!  First off, as mentioned above, we offer a 2% discount for purchases made with cash.  Second, if you Like Us on Facebook or Follow Us on Twitter you can get an additional 10% off of your purchase with us.  Last, but not least, everyone likes compliments and so do we.  If you write a nice review about us on one of the Yellow Pages style websites; just print it and bring it in with you and that’s good for another 2% off.  The best part is that you can do this on multiple sites combining the 2%; so if you do it on five sites you just got 10% off!
  1. Do you have a mailing list?
    1. Yes; we do.  Look at the left hand side of any of our webpages for a form to fill out to get on our list.  We send out mailings no more than twice a month and we absolutely never would sell your address.
  1. Do you offer layaway?
    1. Yes we do.  With 25% down we are willing to hold your item interest free for up to two months.  We are able to hold an item longer; however a small monthly storage fee will be charged.
  1. Can I sell my items at your store?  Can I rent space in your store?  Do you accept consignments?
    1. We are currently accepting very limited consignments.  To consign an item we ask that it be either a very large lot of items or a very high end item(s).  We do not currently allow others to rent space in our store or to sell out of it.
  1. Do you buy items?
    1. Yes; if you are able bring in your piece(s) for us to take a look or email some pictures to CustomerService@RaleighFurnitureGallery.com and we’ll go from there.
  1. Whats the deal with you reducing prices 10% every month?
    1. It’s simple.  We believe that are customers are best equipped to determine the value of our items for sale.  How this works is that for every full month an item is on our shelves we reduce the price by 10%.  So if an item is put up for sale in mid November for $100 it will be reduced to $90 in January (remember it’s one FULL month before its reduced); $80 in February; $70 in March; all the way until it is FREE in October.  You may ask “Why don’t I just wait until it’s free before “buying” it?  The reason is that the way we reduces our prices is similar to an auction.  If you gamble waiting for the price to be reduced somebody may purchase it before you and it would no longer be available.  Since we price our items so reasonably most items sell within the first two months on the shelves anyways.

    8.  Do you offer refunds, exchanges, or warranties on the items you sell?
            A.  Yes, we do accept returns.  With receipt, items are able to be returned by
                 the end of the next business day for a full refund.  If you need a few
                 more days to decide if the piece is right for you we can accept returns
                 within one week of purchase with receipt, minus a 10% restocking fee.
                 This allows you to Try Before You Buy!  Of course, all items must be
                 returned in the exact same condition which they were purchased.

  1. Do you take requests or custom orders?
    1. Absolutely!  This is actually one of the strengths of our business.  We have an extensive database of requests from customers that when we are able to fill them we will contact that customer to let them know if we have said item.  We will hold said item for you for up to 48 hours after we notify you of our acquisition of said piece.
  1. How long will it take for you to fill my request?
    1. That depends on the rarity and specificity of the item you requested and most importantly the price you are willing to pay for it.  With an unlimited budget we can fill almost any request; however very few people have an unlimited budget.  For a “standard” request we typically can fill it within a month; more complex requests take longer.
  1. What a cool place to work; can I get a job there?
    1. We may be hiring... If you are interested, stop by, drop off a resume, and introduce yourself!
  12.  Do you deliver or offer shipping?
  A.  Yes, we offer local delivery up to 100 miles from our store and we will also ship worldwide.  Of course we offer local pick up as well.

That being said our prices are generally among the most favorable in North Carolina for the quality of pieces that we sell. We sell high quality furniture and generally we do it at a significant discount over what our competitors sell the same and even lesser quality pieces for.

3rd. Sustainability and Being Green. Almost every item in our store is made from sustainable materials and to top it off almost all our used furniture has been up-cycled from previously used pieces.

4th. Made in America! Well over half of the used furniture in our store were made here in the good old USA! It is still something to be proud of.
