Buying From Us

Delivery +

If you live within 30 miles of our store, delivery is $75. This is a flat rate if you purchase one item or 20 items. Deliveries greater than 30 miles are also possible with a small additional fee based upon how far outside of our radius you live.

Shipping +

We have shipped items as far as Indonesia so most certainly we do ship. Shipping costs vary greatly based upon what is being shipped and where it is going to. Please email or call for a quote on an exact item.

Discounts and Sales +

Save 5% off any one-time purchase by either signing up for our email list, liking us on Facebook, or following us on twitter.

In addition, you can save 2% off of any purchase with us for each review you write up on Google+, Facebook (in the review section on the left), Yelp, TripAdvisor, or one of the other common review sites. Please bring printed reviews in or be able to show them to us on your smart phone for this discount. This discount is limited to three reviews per purchase.

Payments Accepted +

Cash is always the preferred method of payment; so much so that we offer a 2% discount on your entire purchase if you are able to pay in cash. In addition, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal.

Layaway and Financing +

For layaway you put 25% of the total purchase price down and then pay the remaining balance in installments over a two month period of time. The item will remain with us until paid off.

Click on Log-In on far right. Use an email address to sign up and create a password. In ‘Preferred Retailer’ Drop Down – begin typing Raleigh and then click on Raleigh Furniture Gallery. Fill in the answers to your questions. You will be emailed with how much you are approved for.

*Note: Must finance a minimum of $500 to be approved.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Warranties +

A. We do accept returns. With receipt, items are able to be returned by the end of the next day for a full refund. Items returned within one week of the sale date are eligible for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Of course, all items must be returned in the exact same condition as which they were purchased.

B. No warranties are implied or expressed. All items are “used” and proper due diligence should be made by the buyer prior to purchasing said item.

Although our selection varies typically you can find pieces by high end brands such as Aico, Amini, Baker, Craftique, Ethan Allen, Drexel, Henkel-Harris, Henredon, Hooker, Howard Miller, La Barge, Karastan, Maitland Smith, Restoration Hardware, Southwood, Thomasville, Waterford, among others.

  1. How much are you asking for each piece?
  2. Will you be bringing the items to us or requiring us to pick them up? We generally can pay more if you bring said items to us.
  3. What brand / manufacturer is the piece? If you do not know, do you remember where you purchased it?
  4. Are there any condition issues we should be aware of? Particularly…
    1. Was the item in a smoking home?
    2. If upholstered, does the upholstery have any stains or tears?
    3. If the item is a table, are there any scratches to the table top?
    4. Any other scratches or other damage we should be aware of?
